How does the delivery process work?

Once you place an order on our website, it is processed immediately.

The product undergoes a quality check before dispatch.

It is securely packed and handed over to our trusted courier partner.

The order is then shipped to your delivery address.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partner, the Devangivastra team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch orders within 0–7 working days. Delivery may take an additional 0–7 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Political situations

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Courier-related issues

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS from Devangivastra containing your tracking details.

  • The last 4 digits of your order number, or

  • The full AWB number

Yes, we deliver to all locations across India.

Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India and is free of charge.

Packaging
All orders are packed using premium, damage-resistant packaging. We have received minimal complaints related to packaging issues.

International Shipping

Devangivastra offers international shipping worldwide.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the parcel weight.
