At Devangivastra, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


7-Day Exchange Policy

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

Exchange is allowed only for size-related issues. Exchanges are not applicable for color or style preferences.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Our team will respond within 48–72 working hours.


Domestic Exchange Conditions

Reverse pickup is not available. Customers must self-courier the product back. Please ensure your name and phone number are clearly written on the package.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

The shipping label must be included inside the return parcel.

Courier charges are non-refundable.

Products purchased during discounts, offers, or combo deals are non-exchangeable.


No Return / No Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an item has been sold.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Exchanges Not Accepted For

  • Minor color variations (up to 10%) due to lighting or screen differences

  • Fabric, material, or personal preference issues

  • Customized or altered garments

  • Sale, offer, or combo products


International Orders

Exchanges are not available for international orders.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at
devangivastra@gmail.com, along with clear photos.

All custom duties and import taxes must be borne by the customer.


Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Parcels returned or undelivered due to incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or customer refusal are not eligible for refund or free redelivery.

In such cases, reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
